Guest on Ma France, Jean-Louis Etienne has been sailing the world’s seas towards the polar regions aboard his sailboat Pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance since 2022. He warns us about global warming, a “chronic disease,” and its disastrous consequences for our marine ecosystems and our planet. <\/p>\n

Back from his latest expedition aboard Pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, a flagship of the new generation of ecological oceanographic sailboats, Jean-Louis Etienne, tireless defender of the Living World, tells us about his weeks spent in the Northwest Passage exploring the richness of the Arctic Ocean, “its plankton and phytoplankton, richer than our grasslands.”<\/p>\n
