TESTIMONIAL It had become a ritual moment
Following Perseverance through Damien was a very enriching experience for my classes and myself. Certainly, we had to improvise and embark on the discovery of Antarctica a few days ahead of the students… but it was worth it. Both 6th and 5th graders were truly captivated by this opportunity to follow adventurers on an expedition. Usually, we work on writings by men or women who have returned. Here, thanks to photos and videos, we followed the daily events experienced by the sailors and scientists live. It had become a ritual moment to turn on our digital screen, send a student to the Recey library’s padlet, and check the latest news.
