For two months, the bilingual nursery students from Sainte-Marie school followed Jean-Louis Étienne’s expedition to Antarctica. These budding explorers, aged 2 to 4, tracked the “Persévérance” in the Ross Sea and developed “an overflowing passion and created incredible models!” Servane Audran, their teacher, is delighted by the enthusiasm of the children, for whom the Southern Ocean has become a favorite playground.
